Our Refund Policies
At Living Blooms, we take immense pride in our specially picked and beautifully wrapped plants, aiming to bring you a burst of joy and greenery. If your plant doesn't arrive as we carefully designed it, we're more than happy to issue a refund. We photograph all our products before dispatch, so we kindly ask you to send a photo of your plant upon arrival if it's not up to standard. This helps us review and ensure quality. Please allow up to a week for the processing of your refund due to our other commitments. Note that jewellery and edible products are non-refundable, and while we strive for consistency, some plants in our gift baskets may differ from those pictured due to stock availability. We make sure to highlight this in the description section of each gift for your awareness.
